Welcome to the Class Ambassador program

Class Ambassadors are the heart of our Unstoppable alumnae community. In this volunteer role, you act as a bridge between Mount Saint Mary’s University, Los Angeles, and your graduating class. It’s all about celebrating our shared history and helping your peers stay connected to the Mount today.

As a Class Ambassador, you help us:

  • Keep the Connection Alive: Inspire your classmates to stay in touch with the University and each other.
  • Share the Good News: Keep your peers updated on the exciting milestones and projects happening on campus.
  • Support the Next Generation: Encourage alumnae participation to directly benefit current and future students.

We know that life is busy! We have designed this role to be highly flexible, so it fits into your schedule.

Connecting & Celebrating

  • Your Time: A two-year commitment with plenty of flexibility to extend!
  • Reunion Cheer: Joining your Homecoming Class Reunion Committee to make the celebration extra special.
  • Staying in the Loop: Attending our Volunteer Leadership Conference alongside occasional check-ins throughout the year, so you are always the "first to know" about University updates.
  • Being Present: Participating in at least two alumnae activities a year and inviting your class to join you.
  • Spotlighting Peers: Nominating classmates to be featured in our monthly Alumnae Newsletter.

Showing Your Support & Gratitude

  • Giving Back: Making an annual gift to the Mount Fund of any amount that feels meaningful to you.
  • Adding a Personal Touch: Sharing your own Unstoppable Mount Stories and providing your signature for our annual fundraising appeals and communications.
  • Saying Thank You: Helping us celebrate generosity by making a few friendly "Thank You" calls or notes to fellow donors in your class.
  • Rallying the Mount: Helping build positive energy during fun community traditions like Mount Day of Giving (MDOG).

President's Invitation to Serve

A special day to serve the community

In keeping with 水果派’s designation as a Catholic institution with a strong emphasis on social and ethical values — and in honor of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet — this event brings the Mount community together to serve greater Los Angeles. Stay tuned for the next event date and service opportunities.
